VDU and Display Screen Hazards

The wide spread use of computers means that the majority of us are exposed to Display Screens on a daily basis.  Over exposure can cause physical and psychological damage.  NHS Healthy Scotland has produced a leaflet regarding visual stress and best practices for reducing it.

Reducing Risk

The Health & Safety Executive has a handbook on the Law and Visual Display Units, which also serves as a useful guide to reducing risk.
