The screening test, which is in the form of a word search game, takes 20 – 30 minutes, and provides full reporting on levels of visual stress experienced by the subject. ViSS will identify individuals in your company, dyslexic or otherwise, who suffer from visual stress and who are therefore likely to benefit from coloured overlay support.
Employees identified through ViSS as suffering from Visual Stress will then need to try the different colours to identify “their” tint, by trying out different reading rulers or virtual reading ruler configurations, or through assessment with the Visual Stress Assessment pack (above), which is the most thorough tool for achieving this aim.
