How to Order Online

To order goods, locate your items in our online store. To buy an item, type in the appropriate quantity and then click Add to Cart.

When you have completed your selection, click on the link View Basket to check your basket contents or click on Checkout to complete your purchase.

Type in your email address details on this screen and then click on I am a returning Customer or I am a New Customer. If you are a new customer, please complete the details requested on the screen. If you are a returning customer please check that your details are accurate.

Then click Next to go to the Payment Details screen. Type in your credit card details and click on Submit. Your order details will be displayed on the screen and we recommend that you print this, as we will ask you to quote the Order Number should you query your order with us.

You will be emailed with confirmation of the order.

Your order will be processed by Crossbow Corporate at the address shown in our contact details section.

Crossbow reserves the right to alter the despatch charges without prior notice, though the prevailing rates will always be shown in the checkout system prior to purchase.

Methods of Payment

Crossbow can accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Maestro, JCB and Solo.
YOUR CARD DETAILS ARE SECURE. We do not hold any payment details on our own server. All card transactions are processed on the maximum security server of international payment providers, World Pay plc.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver within 7 days of receipt of order, but please allow 14 days before querying non-delivery. In the run up to Christmas, please allow for delays with the increased volume of Christmas post.

Our Guarantee and Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you make from our store, for any reason at all, we will fully refund your purchase costs (including tax and shipping) upon receipt of the goods in unused and undamaged condition. Refunds will be credited to your card account within seven days.

Special Orders

If you request Crossbow Corporate to fulfill a special order of items not shown online or in our educational website we reserve the right to make an administration charge, should the order be returned. This covers the time spent in locating and returning goods from specialist suppliers.

Shipping and Handling

We are happy to deliver to any address in the world. Postage and packing is calculated at the website on a weight-based system. Minimum carriage is £1.95
